Suggested treks

The Inca Trail hike can be done in 2 or 4 days, departure and arrival in Cuzco. It includes the transfer from/to your hotel, the entrance and the guided tour of the Machu Picchu Citadel, guides, train, etc. (see the full list of inclusions for the 2-day Inca Trail and the 4-day Inca Trail). You can also see the prices of the 2-day Inca Trail and the 4-day Inca Trail. You can also check the details of the 2-day and 4-day treks.

The Inca trail is unquestionably the most known of the hikes in Peru to get to Machu Picchu. But there is an alternative, slightly different and above all without the limitation of availability and open all year long (except in February), the Salcantay Majestic trek. It must not be considered as a last resort solution because it is only an alternative. Differences of this trek are: less expensive, higher, less crowded, more "immense" landscapes, less archaeological ruins. For its growing success and because we know that it meets the wishes of the most demanding ones, we have created a website dedicated to it: salcantay.info, where you will find all the necessary information and the possibility to book online.

We also offer tailor-made tours for all budgets to visit the Cusco region and Machu Picchu. Our dedicated page cusco-tour.com offers many services such as train, bus, entrance in Machu Picchu and even the hotel in Aguas Calientes which can be chosen and booked separately.
