You are about to pre-book your trek. What is a pre-reservation?

The Inca Trail season is open from January to December. However, you can book your trek today for the upcoming 2027 season; this is what we call a pre-reservation.

Please note that the trek must be booked in advance. Pre-booking guarantees that you will be able to do your trek as desired.

When pre-booking, you must indicate the duration of the trek and the number of participants, and optionally the date, which can be added or changed later. You can therefore book without indicating the final date or participant information, such as their passport number.

You only pay an advance now, a fixed amount per person of US$ 230 for the 2-day trek, or US$ 270 for the 4-day trek. The balance will be due a few days before your trek.

You have until 8 days before the opening of the 2027 season to easily indicate, whenever you wish, the trek date, options, and participant information.

The pre-reservation becomes final when we have all your information and the Peruvian government opens the new season.

As soon as the season opens, we immediately book your trek. Your trek is therefore 100% guaranteed.

If you decide to cancel your pre-reservation before the season opens, we will refund the deposit paid minus a penalty for bank and administrative fees.
